Before you rent anywhere else!!!!

Water slides are among the newest craze in backyard inflatable amusement rentals! Kids love them! But before you spend your hard earned money to rent one of these from any other company, ask these questions:

1) Are they licenced? Inflatable water slide rentals are regulated by the Ohio Amusement Ride Safety Division. Many rental companies offer water slides that are made strictly for household use and do not meet State licensing requirement. These units (often available at Walmart for only a few hundred dollars) do not undergo the thorough safety inspections intended to ensure the strucural integrity and safety of the inflatable device. Cheap retail bounces will not hold up to the constant use that rental companies put them through and will eventually fail. Nobody wants that to happen at their party. Ask your rental company if they are offering commercial grade equipment licensed by the Ohio Amusement Ride Safety Division!

2.) Is it supervised by a licensed life guard? While some may feel that the requirement for a life guard at a backyard water slide rental is excessive, it is the law. We are regulated just as a waterpark. If the rental company doesn't provide a certifed lifeguard as the attendent, the are operating outside the law. This is a sure sign they are not licensed. What other corners are they cutting?

3.) Are they insured? If they don't carry the state required insurance coverage, they cannot be licensed. Again, by hiring them, you are putting yourself and your guests at greatly increased risk.

Cortland Party Company always sets up all inflatables in strict compliance with manufacturers specification and we are state licensed and insured. We provide high quality commercial grade bounces at competive pricing. We will not trade safety for money and hope our customers feel the same way.

Water Slide Rental Rates

Inflatable Water Slide $299

Plus $10 per hour for Lifeguard/Attendant,
(Minimum 3 hours, paid directly to the attendant.)

How it works:
1.) Set up will be 2+ hours prior to event time to allow water catch pool time to fill. Customer is required to provide fresh water with enough garden hose to reach unit. Setup person is not the attendant.

2.) The lifeguard/attendent (required by State of Ohio) will arrive 15 minutes before event to test chlorine and open the slide. Inflatable slide blower will be "locked out" to prevent use of slide without attendant.

3. When finished, The water in the slide will be emptied at the setup location. Some puddles, mud, and damage to the lawn and nearby landscaping is possible. Such damage is usually temporary and Cortland Party Co., LLC will not be held responsible.

4. Cleanup of the slide is not required by the customer. Cortland Party Co. LLC is fully responsible for the cleanup of the slide and related equipment.

5.) Rental rate is good for the day until up to 8 PM. We do not guarante any outdoor inflatable rentals after dark.
